About Cindy

Cindy is originally from the Magnolia State. Upon graduating from the University of Louisiana, she immediately became an entrepreneur and created one of the reservoir area's most successful salon operations. This pursuit sharpened her communication skills, time management, and customer appreciation talents. For over 22 years, she shared her abilities with a diverse customer base that trusted her to meet their needs on a daily basis.

Following her salon operations, Cindy became involved in working alongside her husband and long-time builder, Jimmy Johnston. Her sharp eye for modern trends, design, and budgetary priorities provided custom home buyers with expert guidance, quality control, and a pleasant home-buying experience. She continues working with new construction clients and many builders.

These experiences have now been combined to provide on-the-ground Real Estate services as she represents buyers and sellers in transactions. Beginning in 2016, she became a licensed agent in the state of Mississippi and joined the Nix-Tann Real Estate firm in Jackson, MS, where she has remained her entire career. She has remained a multi-million producer for multiple years.

Her experience in transactions has earned her a reputation as "one of the hardest-working agents in town". Her days start early and end late. She makes herself available to accommodate her clients' schedules, which includes holidays and weekends. Rain or shine, she offers her time and expertise to assist buyers and sellers in today's market.

Cindy is a member of Pinelake Church, where she spent 17 years serving in the children's ministry as a small group leader. In her free time, she enjoys running, Pilates, and walking her beloved Maltese "Meredith".
